Question: Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?

Answer: Yes, of course, our customers can be assured of satisfaction with our work. We'll make it right.

Question: What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?

Answer: Over the years we have trained with numerous professionals and have perfected our own comfortable style of work. Most of our clients come from referrals by happy customers... that speaks volumes.

Question: What are your rates?

Answer: $45 for a 20 minute Studio Portrait session . Portraits on Location, locally $195.

Question: Do you require a deposit?

Answer: The portrait session is paid for that day. Portrait orders are prepaid, or deposit by arrangement.

Question: What packages do you offer?

Answer: We offer several portrait packages to select from, (each from one pose only). Pak A $95: 1-8x10, 2-5x7's, 8 wallets. Pak B $150: 2-8x10's, 2-5x7's, 4-4x5's, 8 wallets. Pak C $225: Pak B plus an 11x14 (unmounted).

Question: How many pictures do you take?

Answer: We take as many images as necessary to create a wonderful portrait for you. There is no specific limit.

Question: Can I keep the negatives?

Answer: There are no film negatives, but images may be purchased on CD.

Question: What is your photographic style?

Answer: Traditional Portraiture with a dramatic flare.
